Job Title: Smart Contract Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Smart Contract Developer to design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient blockchain-based smart contracts.
You will play a key role in building decentralized applications (dApps), DeFi protocols, and core Web3 infrastructure.
This position requires strong expertise in Solidity (or Rust for non-EVM chains), a deep understanding of blockchain architecture, and a strong focus on security and gas optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts (primarily Solidity / EVM-based chains)
Build and maintain DeFi protocol logic (staking, lending, liquidity, governance, tokenomics)
Optimize contracts for gas efficiency and scalability
Conduct internal security reviews and collaborate with auditors
Integrate smart contracts with backend services and Web3 frontends
Write unit and integration tests (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle)
Participate in architecture discussions and protocol design
Monitor deployed contracts and support upgrades when needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience in blockchain development
Strong proficiency in Solidity (or Rust for Solana and other ecosystems)
Deep understanding of EVM architecture
Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar frameworks
Knowledge of ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 standards
Understanding of DeFi mechanics (AMMs, staking, lending, governance)
Strong knowledge of smart contract security best practices
Experience with Layer 2 solutions
Understanding of cryptography fundamentals
Experience building cross-chain solutions
