๐ Conversational English level (minimum B2 level)
๐ Must reside in LATAM๐
๐ Applied AI Architecture: solid experience designing Agentic Workflows and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
๐ Deep experience with AI-native development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
๐ AI Governance & Risk: Practical knowledge of AI safety, data privacy (GDPR/EU AI Act), and IP protection.
๐ Strategic Framework Design: Ability to create maturity models or checklists that non-technical board members can use to audit a companyโs AI readiness.
๐ KPI & ROI Benchmarking: Ability to define and measure the success of AI implementations.
๐ Executive Translation: Ability to present complex technical roadmaps as clear, high-value business outcomes for C-suite and VC stakeholders.
