🎯 What You Will Do
Build & Iterate: Develop user-facing features with a focus on clarity, high performance, and long-term maintainability.
API Integration: Handle complex data fetching, advanced state management, and robust error handling.
End-to-End Ownership: You own the frontend quality lifecycle—automated tests (Unit/Integration/E2E), CI checks, release readiness, and post-release monitoring.
Strategic Partner: Collaborate directly with product and engineering to define scope, technical risks, and acceptance criteria.

Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with a focus on Frontend.
Ownership: You go from idea → production. No separate QA team here; quality is your responsibility.
Production Mindset: Experience with monitoring/alerting, logging/tracing, and incident follow-up. You fix issues so they stay fixed.
Bias for Action: You are a proactive problem solver who unblocks yourself and others, delivering in small, continuous increments.
Observability: You know how to instrument frontend behavior to track performance and catch errors in real-time.
