๐ Conversational English level (+B2 level)
๐ Must reside in LATAM๐
๐ Proven experience in a quality assurance, testing, or data analysis role within the AI/ML domain.
๐ Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and common AI model failure modes.
๐ Hands-on experience with data annotation, data validation, and managing large datasets.
๐ Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and test case management tools.
๐ (Preferred) Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for test automation and data manipulation.
๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ธ๐:
โ๏ธ Evaluation & Benchmarking โ Develop test cases and benchmarks to assess model performance and identify failures.
โ๏ธ Error Analysis & Defect Triage โ Investigate model issues, identify root causes, and prioritize fixes.
โ๏ธ Adversarial Testing (Red Teaming) โ Test models with challenging scenarios to uncover unexpected behaviors and vulnerabilities.
